Our dedicated team strives to make deliveries within 2 company working days. We do not operate on Fridays, Saturdays, and Qatar public holidays. With occasioned seasonal demand increases due to factors out of our control, we may consider extra hours for deliveries. If so, we will gladly get in touch to avoid any inconveniences.

Once deliveries are made, you are required to provide a signature. If you or your representative is not in a position to sign for the delivery, our drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which the attempted delivery is abandoned. If possible, we will consider rescheduling the delivery.

Once dispatched, please note that we cannot redirect orders.
