Returns

We offer a grace period of 7 days for the return of items purchased. Once the 7 day period from the day of purchase elapses, refunds and returns are not accepted. It is important to note that goods accepted have to meet the following criteria: must be unused and maintain the same condition purchased, should maintain original packaging, and should bring along receipts of the purchased items.

Refunds

Once any of the THAMCO shops acknowledges the goods returned, customers can either change the item or receive a refund.

Please note that changing of items will be conducted during THAMCO’s working hours.

Once returned items are approved for refunds, THAMCO will apply for credit to your initial payment method within a few days from the returning date.

If delays occur or no refund is made, kindly confirm your bank account balance. Kindly note that the process may take several days before you receive your refund.
